Services

Diamondback Funding provides non-recourse pre-settlement funding. Funding is not a loan; repayment is contingent on the successful resolution of your legal claim. All funding is subject to case evaluation and approval, and is not available in all states.

Communications Consent

By submitting an application, you agree to be contacted by Diamondback Funding regarding its offers and services at the contact information you provide, including through autodialed calls and text messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or advances. Message and data rates may apply.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.

Fraud and Material Misrepresentation

Non-recourse terms are void where the consumer commits fraud or materially misrepresents facts in connection with the funding application or the underlying legal claim; advanced amounts and disclosed charges remain due in such circumstances.

Diamondback Funding Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult your attorney regarding any funding agreement.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamondback Funding Inc. disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of this site.
