Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Diamondback Funding wants every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology, to be able to read this site and apply for funding. We measure the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep working toward full conformance.
What We Have Done
Every page is plain HTML with one main heading, text that resizes, a label on every form field, a skip link to the main content, a visible keyboard focus indicator, color contrast that meets WCAG AA, and alt text on images. We run an automated accessibility check and a keyboard test on the whole site before each release.
Known Limitations
Some linked government and court documents are hosted by other organizations and may not be accessible. If anything on our site is hard to use, tell us and we will provide the information another way.
Apply or Get Help Another Way
You can apply entirely by phone at (917) 267-8368, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, and we can send documents in the format that works for you.
